Payment and Refund

 

• Your first lesson with Caringbah Driving School needs to be paid for in advance, at least 48 hours before it’s scheduled to start, and payment should be made via bank transfer.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayID, cash accepted from the second lesson onwards.​

​

• If payment is not be made before the lesson ,Caringbah Driving School reserves the right to cancel the lesson.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

• 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without penalty

 

• Less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson cost will apply.

• Less than 4 hours’ notice, the full lesson fee will apply.

​

• Failure to attend a booked lesson (no show) the full lesson fee will apply.

​

• If a student makes an unreasonable number of cancellations or reschedules with short notice repeatedly , Caringbah Driving School reserves the right to refuse lessons to a student.

• Caringbah Driving School reserves the right to cancel and reschedule lessons if certain circumstances arise, such as the instructor being unwell, bad weather, or mechanical problems. ​​

 

Others

​

• If a student appears unwell, too tired to drive safely, agitated, or shows any other signs that could compromise the safety of other road users, pedestrians, themselves, or the instructor, the lesson will be terminated and no refunds will be given.​

​

• Students should always follow the instructor’s directions and advice. Mistakes happen, and driving is no exception, but unsafe driving will not be tolerated and will lead to the lesson being ended.

• ​By commencing  driving lessons with Caringbah Driving School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above conditions.
